Weekend Resort Cleaner
Job Description:
Cleaners play an important role in maintaining the welcoming, well-kept environment guests expect at Old Barn Resort. This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining indoor spaces including the restaurant, common areas, restrooms, and other guest-facing facilities.
This role focuses primarily on weekend operations, helping ensure the property stays clean and presentable during the busiest days of the week.
Cleaners work independently while supporting the overall resort team by helping maintain a comfortable, enjoyable environment for guests.

Job Functions:
Clean and maintain restrooms, dining areas, and common spaces.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces.
Empty trash and recycling containers regularly.
Restock restroom supplies and other necessary items.
Maintain cleanliness standards throughout guest-facing areas.
Identify cleaning needs and address them proactively.
Assist with additional cleaning tasks as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum age of 16 years

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and stay organized.
Dependable and responsible work ethic.
Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed.
Ability to follow cleaning and sanitation procedures.
Reliable transportation to and from scheduled shifts.
Working Conditions:
Primary schedule Thursday through Sunday during peak season.
Weekend availability required.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Frequent walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and repetitive motions.
Ability to lift cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
Work performed both indoors and around guest areas of the resort.
