Shared Common Area – A Place to Unwind

Located just outside the rooms, our shared common area offers a relaxed space to unwind, connect, and recharge. Whether you’re enjoying morning coffee, playing a board game, or planning your day in the Driftless, this space makes your stay feel easy.

ROOMS FAQs

  • A deposit is required to hold your reservation. This is equal to one night for single-night stays, or two nights for stays of two nights or more.

    The remaining balance is collected at check-in.

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of the deposit, minus a $20 processing fee.

    Cancellations made within 14 days will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

    Same-day cancellations are treated as no-shows.

    For holiday stays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, MEA Weekend), cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance.

  • Rooms Check-in begins at 3:00 PM
    Rooms Check-out is 10:00 AM

  • Check-in takes place inside the Barn at the resort office.

    You may receive a text message prior to arrival with the option to complete online check-in, but you will still need to check in at the office to receive a key to your room.

  • Pets are not allowed in the rooms or common areas of the barn.

  • Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are not permitted inside the rooms or anywhere inside the barn.

  • Each room includes:

    • Beds with sheets, pillows, and a comforter

    • Bunk beds include a fitted sheet, blanket, and pillow per bunk

    Please note: towels and personal toiletries are not provided, so we recommend bringing your own.

  • Bathrooms are shared and located down the hall from the rooms inside the barn.

    There are separate men’s and women’s restrooms, each with:

    • Toilets

    • Sinks

    • Showers

    Showers are coin-operated ($0.25 for approximately 7 minutes).

  • Yes—there is a shared fire pit and picnic table area located outside the rooms.

    These spaces are communal and available for all room guests to enjoy.

  • Yes—WiFi is available inside and around the barn. Coverage does not extend into the campground.

  • Yes—Old Barn Restaurant is located inside the historic barn, just above the Rooms, and offers casual dining during the season. Seating is first-come, first-served.

  • Guests can enjoy:
