2025 Seasonal Rules and Regulations
Welcome to the 2025 season! We're excited to have you join us and look forward to another great year together. To keep things running smoothly, fairly, and safely for everyone on the property, we ask that all seasonal guests follow the guidelines below.
Season
These rules and regulations apply to the 2025 camping season.
Opening and closing dates may vary depending on weather and site conditions.
COST & COVERAGE
$2,600 for the season.
Includes water and sewer at your site.
Electricity is billed separately (typically monthly).
Maintaining your site is required. You're responsible for mowing and general upkeep.
For us to handle mowing, weekly service is available for $225/season.
Proof of camper insurance must be on file with the front office.
Site Use
Your site is designated for one household only.
No guests—including children—may stay at your camper unless you, the leaseholder, are present.
PETS
Pets must be leashed at all times.
Please clean up after your pet.
Pets are not allowed on the golf course.
Carts
Drivers must be at least 16 years old and have valid driver’s licenses.
Carts must be parked at your site by dark—no driving after dark.
Only two riders are allowed per cart unless there is seating for four.
Carts are prohibited on the golf course unless you are actively golfing during a scheduled tee time.
Driving a cart on the course to sightsee, explore, or search for golf balls is strictly prohibited. This creates safety concerns and disrupts the flow of play.
Proof of golf cart insurance must be on file at the front office.
SHEDS
Sheds must be placed behind your camper—please get in touch with us for approval before building.
Maximum shed size: 8 feet wide × 8 feet deep × 10 feet tall.
Fifth-wheel campers may use gooseneck space for storage if it does not extend beyond the trailer or hitch.
Utility Clearances
We must be able to mow/weed-whip, read electric meters, and respond quickly if utilities need service.
Landscaping is allowed near utilities, but access must not be blocked or interfere with visibility and maintenance.
Decks
Maximum deck surface: 10 feet by 16 feet.
Decks must be temporary—no buried posts or in-ground supports.
We are not able to move decks for you. Please ensure yours is built to allow it to be relocated if needed.
If your site layout or camper design requires a different deck size — please get in touch with us for approval before building.
Landscaping
Landscaping is welcome but must be maintained throughout the season.
It must not block access to electric panels or water poles—for specifics, refer to the Utility Clearances section.
If you leave your site, you must return it to its original condition, including the fire ring.
Gravel deliveries are only available at the start and end of the season. Gravel and mulch piles on-site are reserved for internal use only.
Mothballs are not allowed anywhere outside your camper at any time—including during the off-season.
Trash & Recycling
Only trash generated at your camper is allowed. Do not bring garbage from home or other locations.
Do not place large items in or near the dumpsters. This includes grills, mattresses, furniture, bikes, and broken chairs.
Recycling guidelines:
Plastic bags are allowed
Cardboard boxes must be broken down
Large boxes (e.g., from sheds or patio furniture) must be disposed of off-site
Do not throw trash into the recycling
Need to dispose of large items or bulky recyclables?
The Fillmore County Landfill & Resource Recovery Center is just 5–10 minutes from the resort and accepts items like furniture, mattresses, grills, large cardboard boxes, and more.
Parking
Vehicles must be parked fully within your site boundaries.
Do not block roadways—all roads must stay clear for traffic and emergency access.
Guests may park at your site only if space allows without blocking roads or neighboring sites.
Overflow parking is available in the lot near the dumpster. This area must remain accessible at all times.
Please notify your guests where to park and ensure they follow resort rules.
Help us keep space available for restaurant and golf guests.
Our main lot is often full—please avoid unnecessary overflow parking, including leaving trailers, extra vehicles, or vehicles left hitched.
Family Use
Adult children and extended family are welcome only when you are present.
Overnight guests must follow all rules and may not exceed your site’s capacity.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
General Conduct & Enforcement
Continued or repeated violations of these rules may result in losing resort privileges or terminating your seasonal lease.
