Rivers Bend Golf Course Membership Agreement and Code of Conduct

As a Rivers Bend Golf Course member, you play a crucial role in maintaining our standards and values. To ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all members and players, please review and familiarize yourself with the following membership agreement and code of conduct:

General Conduct:

• Treat fellow members, staff, guests, and the golf course property respectfully and courteously.

• Positively conduct yourself.

• Avoid disruptive behavior that may detract from others' enjoyment.

• Maintain the highest standards of course etiquette by repairing ball marks and replacing divots.

Tee Time Reservations:

• Members must reserve tee times through the office or online. You can make tee times up to 2 weeks in advance.

• Members must check in inside the office before their tee time.

• Members are only granted access to the golf course on a tee-time availability basis.

• Members will be held financially responsible for any player shortfall if notice is not given at least 24 hours before the tee time to allow Rivers Bend to accommodate other guests.

• Members cannot use their membership to make tee times for other golfers or use their membership to block tee times to prevent guests from playing in front, behind, or alongside them.

Golf Cart Policy:

• Membership includes a half seat in a Rivers Bend golf cart for the member's use only. A guest playing with a member using a Rivers Bend golf cart must still purchase their own half cart.

• Members playing together will not be given access to their own cart.

Weekday vs Full Membership:

• Weekday memberships are valid from 3 pm on Sunday through Thursday.

• Weekday members are not eligible to play on weekends and holidays.

• Full members can make tee times and play all seven days of the week.

Safety and Respect:

• Prioritize safety on the course by following course rules, being cautious, and adhering to any safety advisories.

• Observe and comply with staff and rangers' directives to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable golfing experience.

Guest Policy:

• Members are responsible for their guests' behavior and adhering to club rules and regulations.

Enforcement and Disciplinary Action:

• Failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in disciplinary action, such as warnings, suspension of membership, or termination.
